Custom cohort options are available for individuals, organizations, or project teams looking to customize the delivery and implementation of the WWLDP. It provides flexibility on the number of participants, selection of the participants, start dates, cadence, and in-person opportunities to work with your schedule to fit your team's needs. Well Works administers the program and provides experienced and certified industry coaches to lead participants through the content and maximize learning transfer. While the number of individuals and cohorts is not limited, we still require, at most, ten crew members per cohort.
