The Custom Cohort Package is available for organizations, project teams, or association committees (ex., emerging leaders) looking to enroll 5 or more individuals within the same cohort. This package also provides flexibility on start dates, cadence, and in-person opportunities to work with your schedule to fit your team's needs. Industry-experienced Certified Well Works coaches administer and manage the program and lead participants through the content to maximize learning transfer. While the amount cohorts are not limited, we still require at most ten crew members per cohort.
