Well Works Leadership Development Program (WWLDP)

The Well Works Leadership Development Program (WWLDP) is an online training program built to equip front-line construction leaders with tools and information to efficiently and effectively communicate with and lead our project teams in our demanding and fast-paced industry. It is a high-quality, coach-led, online program delivered in bite-sized micro-learning blocks. This 12-week program is specifically built using first-hand construction experience to work with our hectic schedules (not against them) by providing actionable resources relevant to everyday construction challenges without ever having to leave the job site.

More than just theory, the WWLDP is grounded in leadership research and communication science—but it’s translated through real conversations with field leaders across the country. This isn’t a cut-and-paste curriculum. It’s built to stick in fast-paced, high-pressure environments because it’s tested by the people who live them.

Crew members further cement (retain and apply) the content through a weekly, industry coach-led, live-video discussion with 5-10 other industry members (cohort).
