Instinctual Leadership in AEC

This presentation is built for those who work with and within the construction industry (Architects, Owners, Suppliers, Consultants).  Leadership is hard enough as it is, so why not make it easier on ourselves by working WITH our instincts in lieu of against them. While we may learn desirable leadership skills, unless they are rooted in our natural instincts and have become second nature, it is nearly impossible to engage these ideal behaviors in times of stress.

Is your ideal way of working with others going with or against your natural tendencies? If against, it may be contributing to frustration and friction making it a whole heck of a lot harder to be the leader you want to be.
