Coaching Sessions:

The coaching sessions are where participants discuss real situations, apply concepts, receive feedback, and continue developing practical leadership and communication skills.

Growth doesn't happen during the coaching sessions alone. Much of the learning occurs between sessions through practical application, guided reflection, and customized development activities designed specifically for each participant.
